• Metro Air Park is in Water Zone #5 and purchases water from the City of Sacramento. • Metro Air Park has purchased an allotment of one million gallons per day (1MGD) of water and will purchase future allotments in 1MGD increments up to 9.3 MGD at full build-out. • Currently there is 30” water transmission-main in South Bayou Road that serves the Sacramento International Airport (SIA) and Metro Air Park. There is 24” T-main from South Bayou Road to the water tank and booster pump station. The first of two 2.5M gallon water tanks has been constructed along with the major water pipelines in Meister Way, Metro Air Parkway and Elkhorn Boulevard. • Metro Air Park includes a total of 612.3 acres designated Manufacturing/Distribution with an average allocation of 3,400 GPD per acre. • Metro Air Park has completed Phase 1 construction for the SSLS and SSFM. The SSFM consists of dual 16” pipes. These pipes will handle discharge at full build-out. • Metro Air Park Phase 1 SS includes the SSLS with a capacity of 4.3MGD of which 1.4MGD is for SIA and 2.93MGD is for Metro Air Park. • At 40% build-out, the SSLS will be upgraded to 7.3MGD of which 5.9MGD will be allocated to Metro Air Park. • 69kV electrical is available along Power Line Road and West Elverta Road
